Foundational Public Health Services (FPHS) & NJ Transformation

Travis Lee of the Public Health National Center for Innovation (PHNCI) and Melissa Sever from the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) will lead a training on the Foundational Public Health Services (FPHS) Model.  This training will provide foundational details on how this model functions, how it relates to current practice and how this can impact public health transformation in NJ.
