David A. Henry, MPH
David Henry is the Health Officer for the Monmouth County Regional Health Commission #1 where he directs all governmental public and environmental services and activities for 21 municipalities in Monmouth County. He graduated from Cook College, Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and has a Master’s in Public Health from UMDNJ (Rutgers) – School of Public Health. Mr. Henry has 31 years of public health experience in suburban and urban local health departments. Past President of the NJACCHO and is a Volunteer Adjunct Instructor at the Rutgers-School of Public Health, Stratford Campus.
