Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) is a community-driven strategic planning process to achieve health equity. MAPP provides a structure for communities to assess their most pressing population health issues and align resources across sectors for strategic action. It emphasizes the vital role of broad stakeholders and community engagement, the need for policy, systems, and environmental change, and alignment of community resources toward shared goals.

This is a two-day training- June 10 and 11, 2024 and will run from 9 am to 5 pm

Approved for NJ Public Health CEs
PENDING CHES:  This program is pending approved for Certified Health Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) up to 10  total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH). Maximum Advanced-level contact hours available are 10. The Rutgers Center for Public Health Workforce Development is a designated multiple event provider of CECHs by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.

Rutgers Center for Public Health Workforce Development is a co-sponsor of the program.    


Directions:  

Take the service road entrance that is on the opposite side of the entrance to Preakness Hospital.

Kattick Parkway, turn right on to Fireman’s way which will take you to the Passaic County Public Safety Building.   (GPS will take you to PCTI, please follow these directions instead.)
