Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) is a community-driven strategic planning process to achieve health equity. MAPP provides a structure for communities to assess their most pressing population health issues and align resources across sectors for strategic action. It emphasizes the vital role of broad stakeholders and community engagement, the need for policy, systems, and environmental change, and alignment of community resources toward shared goals.
This is a two-day training- June 5 and 6, 2024, and will run from 9 am to 5 pm

PENDING CHES: This program is pending approved for Certified Health Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) up to 10 total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH).
